• When not in class during the school day, I will be available only to fix minor problems of connectivity and/or software issues that do not require re-imaging the hard drive.

• Otherwise, all other repair work on student computers will have to take place after school in my office.  Please be prepared to stay with your computer to help with diagnosing its problem.  In other words, you may not just drop off your computer unless I give you specific permission to do so at the time.  Otherwise, with the number of laptops in the school now, it becomes impossible to manage things effectively.
