ISBN: 0131874799
Fall and
Spring 2007-2008
These assignments are the BARE BONES of the course.

done thoughtfully and carefully otherwise you are wasting precious time. The
letters DP means, “Do problems”.
RO means “Read and Outline” and CN means “class notes.”If for any reason class is cancelled, (snow,
ice, other issues) you must stay on schedule
and complete the homework for the assigned class day.
Be sure your work is properly
organized according to the “Rule of Three”.
You are
responsible for organizing them in dated order in your binder.
*****Homework will come from two directions: this4 web site AND in
class
where additional
assignments will be given. Students are responsible for all
assignments
from both sources.
NOTE WELL: NEW CLASSROOM
GRADING ORGANIZATION AND POLICY:
THE RULE OF THREE:

title for the class discussion.
(#1 component Class Notes CN-DATE-Topic)

Components will be numbered according to the order done. Most of the
time, you will be doing the RO first, then the class notes(CN)
and then the DP.
The Format for each graded event would have the following form:
ClassNotes(CN)-Topic-Date
Homework or HW-DP-Date
NOTE WELL: EVERY TOPIC MUST HAVE THREE GRADED COMPONENTS all with the same Class Date which is the first date the topic is introduced.
It is your responsibility to follow the
class lectures and check the lesson assignment schedule which is based on the
assignments from Bare Bones topic
assignments listed below.
********** Throughout the
year and possibly daily, there will be additions
to these assignments either given in class or
posted on the web.
